Most cases of carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) are associated with repetitive daily activity and dominant hand is more commonly affected and the case is more severe. Therefore, handedness is important factor in development of CTS. We report four cases of CTS that develop in ambidextrous. Although other characteristics are similar with those of typical CTS, left hand is usually affected more commonly and severely. Based on scores from Edinburg handedness inventory, they used right hand just on three items, write, draw, and spoon. They used left hand on other daily activity. That is why left hand was affected more severely in ambidextrous of this report.
